This will either fix the problem or instantly disable your Logitech Mouse. If your Disable button is greyed out it is because you didn’t click the Change settings button in the previous step. I downloaded 6.32 off of Logitech ftp site, and it is. I have recently purchased the new Logitech MX Master 3 mouse (which used Logitech Options).

With a bit of searching I discovered that version 6.32 supports it via another bundled driver software. Logitech Options custom buttons not working. After a few days, the SetPoint software attempted to install an update that was downloaded from the Logitech Website (version 4.70) and from that point forward the Mouse and Keyboard would not connect. If you search by device, it will list all of the software available for that device. In the Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse Properties window, click the Driver tab and click the Disable button. Since a year or so though, I've been experiencing issues with the SetPoint drivers and not supporting the newest media players out there such as MusicBee or even Google Play Music in Chrome. I've only tried other brands shortly, but always came back to the trustworthy devices of Logitech. I had the pictures for the device saved and put them in the folders, but still had problems with the Setpoint interface. Since long time, I've been a fan of Logitech peripherals. Also the pictures for the device were not downloaded. The Device Manager showed me there are two identical Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse devices. You should see your respective devices tab appear via SetPoint window. Initially, I installed the Setpoint drivers and had the same problem. A whole lot of other things didn’t help as well. I tried installing the 64bit version of SetPoint and the 32bit version but it didn’t help. On several installations on Windows 7 SetPoint wouldn’t remember these settings between reboots and it slowly drove me insane. I have a Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX and I like to set the scrollwheel to send the Internet Back signal when I push it to the left and Internet Next when I push it to the right.
